• What are you fees?

  ​Appointments are scheduled in 45 minute blocks of time. 
  Rates are as follows: 

  • Neurofeedback Training $175
  • Individual client session $175
  • Family & couple session $200
  • Initial Intake Session $200

  
  Payment 
  Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. HSA also accepted.
  
  Cancellation Policy 
  If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
• DOES MY INSURANCE COVER THE COST?

  Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
  
  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible for mental health benefits?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is my coverage amount per therapy session for out-of-network providers?
  • What is my coverage for CPT CODES 90876 and 90834

  ​I automatically email each client a "super bills" for them to send into their insurance provider to receive direct reimbursement.
