Meet Your
Therapist
I'm Connie Hurst, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people in Huntington Beach feel better and live more fully. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, ADD, and athletic performance, and I bring both neurofeedback training and traditional talk therapy into my work with every client.
My path to this work was shaped by my own experience as a competitive surfer. Growing up on the California coast, I discovered neurofeedback firsthand and saw how powerfully it could support both performance and well-being. That personal connection to the work is something I carry into every session.
I am so glad you are here. Whatever you are navigating, you do not have to figure it out alone.

Peak Performance has always been my passion
