What are your fees?
​Appointments are scheduled in 45 minute blocks of time.
Rates are as follows:

Individual client session $195

Family & couple session $250

Initial Intake Session $250
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. HSA also accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Does my insurance cover the cost?Â
Some services may be partially covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Coverage can vary, so it’s a good idea to contact your insurance provider directly. You might ask:

Please note that neurofeedback coverage is determined on a case-by-case basis, and not all plans include it.
Most sessions are scheduled in 45-minute blocks. Superbills (an itemized receipt) are provided for to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
