Rates and Insurance Information

What are your fees?
Appointments are scheduled in 45 minute blocks of time.
Rates are as follows:

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. HSA also accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is an itemized receipt of the services you received, including diagnosis and procedure codes. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, you can submit a superbill directly to your insurer for possible reimbursement. I provide a superbill for every session upon request, whether for individual therapy or neurofeedback training.
Does my insurance cover the cost?
Some services may be partially covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Coverage can vary, so it’s a good idea to contact your insurance provider directly. You might ask:

What if I don't have out-of-network benefits?
Some plans don't cover out-of-network providers at all. If that's the case for you, sessions are billed directly at the standard rate listed above, and payment is due at the time of service. Many clients still find this a worthwhile investment given the personalized, one-on-one nature of the work.
Please note that neurofeedback coverage is determined on a case-by-case basis, and not all plans include it.
